Since I need to combat my beer fear, I will be doing a gluten free beer tasting contest...results to come in the next week!
Turkey meatball recipe from Day 1 dinner on GFD 1
Use gluten free bread crumbs, jovial rice pasta noodles and GF BBQ sauce. I used a store bought tomato pasta sauce. This recipe is modified from one by Giada de laurentiis so you can't go wrong!

Ingredients:
1 small onion grated, 3 garlic cloves minced, 1 large egg, 1/4 cup dried GF bread crumbs, 3 tbl BBQ sauce, 1/4 cup chopped Italian Parsley, 1/4 cup grated Parmesan, 1/4 cup grated Pecorino Romano, 1 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp ground black pepper, 1 lb ground turkey, 3 tbl olive oil
Add onion, garlic, egg, bread crumbs, BBQ sauce, parsley, Parmesan, pecorino, salt and peper to a large bowel and mix. Mix in turkey (I use 93% lean Turkey). Shape into 1 1/4 inch diameter meatballs. L
Heat oil in large frying pan over medium/high heat. Sauté and brown on all sides for 5 minutes. Transfer meatballs to a plate and wipe off excess oil. Add them back to the pan and turn the heat to medium-low and add the marinara sauce. Let them cook for 15 minutes or until fully cooked on the inside.
