Nutrition tidbits with Noah: Tracking your calories


I can't tell you how educational it is to track your calories. I have used the app MyFitnessPal to track calories and have used google to look up the calories prior to ordering food at a restaurant. I don't do this every day, but I think it's beneficial to know what you are eating and how it may be affecting your weight loss goals. One of the biggest reasons why people can't loose weight despite eating "healthy" is frequent eating out or eating supposedly "healthy" foods, without knowing the TRUE caloric and nutritional content of the foods they are consuming.
