Day 1 GFD (gluten free diet)

Breakfast: coffee with milk and sugar and Siggi's simple sides with almonds and dried cherries



Lunch: salad and fish from Whole Foods

from there you can browse products, select your store and the use the filter to select gluten free. You can add other filters for other dietary preferences!

Btw: they also deliver to your front door!


Aldi (certain stores) has a small section with gluten free goods.




Dinner: Jovial brown rice spaghetti noodles and turkey meatballs: Delicious! Broccoli with salt, pepper, olive oil, lemon and Parmesan cheese. I added my recipe for the turkey meatballs on the recipe post!
